Use one row per removal item and observed receipt; repeat the removal reference when arrivals are split. Preserve expected quantities at the removal level without summing a repeated expectation across arrivals. Retain item identity, check depth, condition, affected quantities and shipment evidence. Receipt is distinct from approval to relabel or release stock. Name the stock owner and retain the approved next action. Before submitting a removal destination, confirm current Amazon US requirements and the receiving provider's acceptance of the goods and arrivals.
