Share the delivery address, receiving contact, opening hours and any booking or reference requirements. Tell us about vehicle access, unloading equipment, lifting needs and carton or pallet limits. Confirm the appointment and unloading responsibility with the receiver before we arrange final delivery.
The collection and preparation route is agreed for each shipment. Direct factory collection may suit an approved load; Guangzhou receiving can help when several suppliers need consolidation or packing. Share the supplier locations and handling needs so we can confirm the suitable arrangement.
A transport delivery record confirms a handoff at the agreed endpoint. Warehouse receiving, quantity reconciliation and stock release are separate steps. For US partner warehouse or marketplace replenishment, agree the receiving references and acceptance checks, then review any differences before treating stock as available.
