Jeton Express connects US stock receiving, storage, order fulfillment and returns through a US partner warehouse. We prepare customer orders, marketplace replenishment and branded kits from your approved stock and packing instructions, with USPS shipping coordination for the agreed parcel service.
Connect storage and pick and pack with marketplace replenishment, branded packaging and returns. Each service has a defined work scope, stock instructions and dispatch or return record.
Your online store, marketplace customer orders and replenishment batches can use the same stock base with separate order and packing instructions. SKU allocation keeps each channel’s orders linked to the stock released for that work.
During onboarding, we confirm current channel instructions, the order-file format and any requested integration scope, so each handover uses the agreed data and preparation rules.
Choose who stores stock and fulfils orders
Your sales channel, fulfilment provider and parcel carrier are three separate choices. Use the same SKU, stock and order profile when comparing them.
AMAZON STORE ORDERS
Amazon FBA
Send approved inventory to Amazon fulfilment centres. Amazon stores, picks, packs and ships FBA orders, and handles the associated customer service and returns.
What to review
Review product eligibility, SKU labels, carton contents and the seller’s inbound shipment plan. Agree any Jeton receiving, prep and replenishment work separately.
Use Amazon-held inventory to fulfil orders across sales channels, including your own website and other marketplaces. MCF is an inventory and order-fulfilment model, not just a parcel label.
What to review
Compare inbound transport, storage, order quantities, fulfilment fees, integrations and returns for the same stock profile. Confirm program terms and channel requirements.
Hold inventory at your warehouse or an agreed service warehouse. For Amazon FBM orders, the merchant arranges fulfilment and remains responsible for delivery, customer service and returns under the platform’s rules.
What to review
Agree stock receiving, order release, pick and pack, selected carrier, tracking updates and authorised returns. Compare warehouse charges and postage separately.
Jeton’s preparation and warehouse services are agreed separately from Amazon programs. Using a preparation warehouse does not activate FBA, MCF or Amazon Shipping; confirm the relevant account, shipment plan and service approval.
Compare the full cost of your fulfilment model.
Use the same products, monthly stock, orders and destinations. A parcel rate and an order-fulfilment fee cover different work.
Amazon programs are contracted and billed under their own terms. Jeton preparation, warehousing and transport charges are agreed separately; confirm the current rate card and any applicable surcharges for your account.
YOUR ORDERS, YOUR OPERATING PLAN
A fulfilment workflow for your business
Match stock allocation, packing and release to the way you sell. Plan US fulfilment from the US partner warehouse, replenishment from China and cross-border dispatch around your orders.
01
Emerging brands
Prepare each fulfillment batch with a clear SKU list, approved recipient data and packing instructions. Agree checks, materials and release authority, then keep receiving, order and return records connected to the batch.
02
Scaling brands
Separate everyday order stock from campaign reserves. Agree replenishment triggers, order cutoffs and packing-material availability, with a clear decision for incomplete orders or partial dispatch.
03
Social commerce
Keep creator samples and paid customer orders in separate lists and stock allocations. Confirm campaign dates, recipient changes and cancellation cutoffs before approving the dispatch list.
04
Crowdfunding launches
Turn reward tiers, variants and add-ons into a checked item list for each backer. Confirm addresses and destination groups, reserve the stock and release shipping waves after the order data is approved.
05
Subscription boxes
Approve each cycle’s contents list, insert and packing version. Set the subscriber cutoff, reserve the required components and decide how substitutes or leftover stock carry into the next cycle.
06
Multichannel orders
Keep the sales channel attached to each order reference and map its SKUs to the warehouse item list. Allocate stock between customer parcels and marketplace replenishment, with the correct labels and packing rules for each destination.
Order and tracking records. Keep the order or shipment reference linked to each parcel, its delivery tracking number and any return reference. A created label means the shipment details are prepared; physical handover to the carrier is confirmed separately.
HOW THE US STOCK PATH WORKS
From stock receiving to dispatch and returns
01
Receive
Match arrivals to the receiving reference and record agreed quantity and condition checks.
02
Store
Identify SKUs and allocate stock to orders or replenishment, keeping held items separate.
03
Prepare orders
Pick and pack against approved order and packaging rules.
04
Dispatch
Prepare labels and link the carrier handover to the order or batch reference.
05
Handle returns
Record returned items and inspection findings, then carry out your authorized stock or exchange instruction.
REQUEST A SERVICE QUOTE
The details for your warehouse quote
Your quote identifies the included receiving, storage, preparation, shipping and return tasks, their charging basis and the required operating records. The receiving address and reference are confirmed before stock is sent.
Jeton receives and consolidates supplier orders in Guangzhou for China–US shipments. The agreed CAN / HKG air route enters through LAX, ORD or JFK, with customs release and US handover coordinated by the US shipping partner. Warehouse replenishment follows its confirmed receiving instructions; parcels inducted into USPS are delivered through the postal network. Importer details, documents and the receiving destination are confirmed for each shipment.
Our merchant shipping service covers USPS label workflows and shipping coordination for businesses that manage their own stock. Share your store, OMS or warehouse requirements to confirm the label service and any integration work.
Agree these responsibilities with the team before approving the service.
For e-commerce, link the channel order, dispatch reference and return record so each next action has an owner.
Direction and market
Which origin, destination and delivery endpoint apply? Confirm the product for that market, including any US domestic stage.
Product and account
Who selects the product, creates the label and pays postage? Confirm account eligibility and the authorised shipping method.
Physical handover
Where will the goods be handed over, to whom and against which record? Keep electronic preparation and physical acceptance separate.
Delivery options
What delivery evidence, notifications or collection preferences are needed? Check current carrier options and restrictions before requesting a change.
Returns and fee responsibilities
Who authorises returns and pays transport, taxes, clearance and handling? Agree the return destination and warehouse disposition before goods move.
Carrier reference practices
Official US carrier examples for tracking, notifications and delivery preferences. These are reference practices; your carrier, account and Jeton service scope are confirmed separately.
Amazon Shipping provides warehouse-to-door tracking and delivery photos for most shipments. Shippers configure email and SMS notifications in their account.
OnTrac tracking shows shipment events and offers opt-in text alerts for delivery attempts, out-for-delivery and delivered events. Use the assigned OnTrac reference.
Before arranging your fulfillment service
Start with your products, orders and the way you want each batch handled.
What do you need to quote my fulfillment operation?
Share your product and SKU list, expected orders, stock arrivals and packing needs. We confirm the agreed receiving, storage, preparation and dispatch scope, billing units and any applicable minimums before service begins. Identify the order-transfer method, stock owner and person authorized to approve release or changes.
Do you need an order file or a platform connection?
We confirm the working order-transfer method during setup. Share a sample file or your platform requirements so we can agree the fields, order references, updates and dispatch feedback. Use the confirmed method for live orders; any platform sync or API needs a separately agreed implementation.
What do you need for marketplace stock preparation?
Provide the current instructions from your merchant account: approved shipment plan, SKU and carton contents, labels, packaging rules and receiving requirements. We review the work and confirm its scope before receiving or preparation. Tell us about revised instructions before the affected batch is released.
Are customer returns put straight back into stock?
Returned items first need to be matched to the original order and product, counted and checked within the agreed scope. We record condition evidence and confirm your decision and any handling cost. Restocking, rework or redispatch follows the approved instruction; return receipt alone does not make an item available to sell.
Parcel transport, warehouse work and returns have different cost drivers. We agree the service and responsibilities using your actual shipment profile.
Transport & delivery
Origin, destination ZIP mix, packed weight and dimensions, selected service and international routing.
Pricing basis to confirm
Per parcel or shipment using the applicable billed weight, service and destination. Confirm the measurement and rounding rules.
Questions before approving a quote
Which transport stages and carrier charges are included? What happens if final packed measurements or destinations change? Confirm the currency and service-specific weight rules.
Import responsibilities, customs handling, address corrections, return transport and authorised recovery work.
Pricing basis to confirm
Ask which amounts are quoted, which remain estimates and which are charged only when a specified event occurs.
Questions before approving a quote
Who pays duties and taxes? Which exclusions, adjustment evidence and approval rules apply? Keep return transport separate from inspection and stock handling.
Rates and delivery estimates are confirmed after review. USPS domestic service estimates begin at the applicable acceptance stage, not at supplier collection in China.
US E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS
Connect your US stock, orders and returns
Request a quote for your warehouse and order services. Share your products, current stock location, sales channels and the work you want Jeton to handle.
Share your SKU list, expected orders, stock arrival and packing needs. We will review the proposed receiving, storage, preparation and dispatch scope, including any minimum fees, before you proceed.
What should I compare between China direct shipping and US stock?
Compare the same order and delivery scope. Include transport, import arrangements, receiving, storage, packing, dispatch, returns and the amount of stock you need to hold.
Does a door-to-door quote include all taxes and warehouse work?
Ask for each included charge and responsibility in writing. Transport, import taxes, warehouse work and delivery handling depend on the agreed shipment and service scope.
Does the fulfilment quote already include seasonal USPS postage?
Confirm the postal product, pricing basis, final parcel measurements, mailing date and quote validity. Ask whether the seasonal postal amount is already included, then compare receiving, storage, pick and pack, transport and exception charges using the same assumptions.
What should I prepare for a US fulfilment quote?
Share your SKU list, packed weights and dimensions, stock quantities, expected orders, destinations, sales channels and return plan. Compare receiving, storage, picking, packing, transport and exception work using the same assumptions. Confirm the quote validity and any seasonal postage already included.
Prepare TikTok Shop US orders for release
Does US stock mean a TikTok Shop US order is ready to dispatch?
First confirm the shipping model available to your shop, releasable SKU quantities, order details and packing instructions. Release against the current Seller Center requirements for that shop and order.
Does creating a label complete the dispatch checks?
Keep label creation, physical handover and the relevant carrier scan as separate records. Check the status required for the actual order in Seller Center and resolve gaps before reporting completion.
What should we test before a TikTok Shop US launch?
Use a small sample to check SKU mapping, addresses, packed dimensions, carrier options, order holds, cancellation before release and tracking feedback. Record the result and the person responsible for each exception.
