SHIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

- Provide packed dimensions and gross weight for each piece.
- Batteries, liquids, magnetic and other special cargo need prior review.
- Agree transport, customs, tax and final-delivery responsibilities separately.
Air freight is mainly coordinated through CAN with China Southern (CZ / 784), or HKG with Cathay Pacific (CX / 160), to the agreed LAX / ORD / JFK. The selected departure and shipment arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.

Air & gateway charges
Confirm freight, fuel / security adjustments, origin handling, export clearance and AWB-related charges for the selected departure.
US arrival & delivery
List customs clearance, handling, duties and fees, transfer and final delivery separately. Review the ZIP code, oversized cargo and receiving appointment.
Handover responsibilities
Guangzhou → CAN / HKG
Agree supplier receiving, consolidation, parcel bagging, final measurements and export paperwork before release to the agreed air gateway.
LAX / ORD / JFK → US recipient
After arrival at LAX / ORD / JFK, the US shipping partner coordinates customs clearance and postal induction. USPS handles final delivery after accepting the parcel. Confirm the importer, duties and fees, and delivery scope for your shipment.
CZ / 784 and CX / 160 identify airlines and AWB prefixes. They are not flight numbers or a confirmed schedule.

Share the exact product, material / use and packing details. Batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, food, cosmetics and wood packaging need service-specific review; a product category alone does not confirm acceptance.
