For each package type: length × width × height in centimetres ÷ the selected divisor gives volumetric kg. The tool takes the higher of gross and volumetric kg per piece, then multiplies by quantity. The quoted service determines its actual divisor, assessment, rounding and minimums. Sea LCL uses volume and gross weight for planning instead.

Confirm the importer, customs broker, duty and fee payer, and destination charges in the quote. Review the actual service requirements for the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. The website helps prepare information; the broker confirms the applicable charges.

Declare these characteristics before dispatch and share product, packaging and safety information. Acceptance depends on the selected carrier and the product’s US import requirements. Wait for the team’s confirmation before sending special cargo to the warehouse.

Provide invoice or purchase evidence, a packing list, product descriptions, quantities, actual values and currency, origin and US consignee details. For commercial imports, confirm the importer and applicable importer identification/applicable import taxes information. Product-specific permits or compliance records may also be needed.

Yes. Agree the receiving reference and expected-items list first. Share each supplier’s domestic tracking number and packing instructions. We reconcile arrivals, prepare the agreed consolidation and confirm the approved-for-release goods before transport.

Contact our team for the confirmed Guangzhou receiving address and instructions. The Hong Kong address on the company page is the registration address. Do not use it as a cargo receiving address or send goods to US partner warehouse without prior receiving arrangements.

CAN is Guangzhou Baiyun and HKG is Hong Kong International Airport. Our principal air arrangements use China Southern (CZ; air waybill prefix 784) and Cathay Pacific (CX; prefix 160). These are airline codes and air waybill prefixes, not flight numbers or a promise of a particular departure.

Our China export gateways are Shenzhen Yantian Terminal and Guangzhou Huangpu Terminal. Request LCL with packed volume and gross weight, or FCL with the required 20GP, 40GP or 40HQ container count. Sailing, US port, destination handling and delivery scope are confirmed in the shipping plan.

For the agreed parcel route through LAX, ORD or JFK, the US shipping partner coordinates customs clearance and postal induction; USPS handles final delivery after acceptance. Confirm the actual service scope for each shipment. Sea freight arrangements are quoted separately.

A quote reference or label is not proof of a carrier scan. Use the tracking number assigned to the shipment on the carrier’s official service. If it is not recognised, or you need the connection between an air waybill and the US parcel number, contact our team with your shipment reference.
