USPS label printing & physical posting
Start with a paid, valid label from the agreed provider; a printed label alone is not carrier acceptance.
ReviewedPrint your existing label
Print at the provider’s stated scale. Keep the tracking barcode flat, clear and uncovered. Remove obsolete labels.
Use eligible Label Broker
A participating provider supplies an 8–10 character Label Broker ID or QR. Bring the sealed parcel to a supported location, or use USPS’s official printing tool with the return ZIP Code.
Keep physical handover evidence
Match label, order and manifest before release. Retain dated handover records and the first parcel-level USPS event.
