Plan a China–US sea shipment in either direction around the cargo-ready date, port handling deadlines and onward delivery. For China exports, Shenzhen Yantian and Guangzhou Huangpu are the primary departure points.

China–US & US domestic logistics

Service scope

01

Review the chosen loading and discharge ports, container or LCL arrangement and US collection or delivery leg. US exports require an agreed US loading port and China discharge point.

02

Coordinate warehouse readiness, LCL handover or container loading with document and terminal cut-offs.

03

Review estimated departure and arrival milestones, onward availability and changes to the agreed shipping plan.

Information to provide

Provide packed CBM and gross weight for LCL, or container type and count for FCL, alongside the cargo-ready date, goods description and required delivery date. Include the origin and destination in either direction.

Service arrangements

The team confirms current availability and schedule details for the shipment. Departure, vessel arrival, cargo release and final delivery are distinct dates; changes are reviewed with the carrier.

Is a vessel arrival date a delivery appointment?

Port discharge, clearance, cargo release and onward transport follow arrival. Include these stages when working backwards from a delivery requirement.
