Full-container shipping planner

Prepare container requirements for China–US or US–China sea freight. Combine container types and record the route, cargo and loading requirements before discussing the shipment.

Service scope: Door to door

1. Requested containers

Enter quantities for each required dry-container type. Use zero for a type you do not need.

Whole numbers from 0 to 100 per type; up to 100 containers per planning draft.

Refrigerated, open-top, flat-rack or other special equipment needs a separate cargo review.

2. Route and timing

Sea freight leaves through Yantian or Huangpu. The US arrival port, customs and onward delivery are agreed for each shipment.

These are requested dates. Sailing, terminal cut-offs and delivery timing require confirmation.

3. Cargo and loading

Cargo gross weight excludes the container tare. It is not the verified gross mass (VGM) of a packed container.

Your container preparation summary

Preparation draft only. No quote, booking, equipment allocation, loading approval or verified VGM has been issued. Dates and all shipment arrangements require confirmation.

From the US port or airport to the receiving site

After the agreed port or airport release, confirm the onward collection and receiving arrangements. For sea FCL, discuss delivery of the full container or agreed unloading followed by pallet distribution. For LCL or air cargo, confirm the released carton, pallet or crate units for onward road transport. Confirm release references, equipment, appointments and who reports the receiving quantities.
