CSV column headings are in English. Use the field guide above, complete the file offline and share it with the team. This website does not receive your entries.
Confirm the final document format, cargo acceptance and responsibilities with the team before dispatch. Downloading a worksheet does not book transport or authorise cargo release.

Mark the items checked against your shipment records. This records your own review; warehouse or customs approval must be confirmed separately.
