Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express: choose by the booked service
Compare USPS domestic products against the parcel, deadline and purchased terms, then account separately for the China–US stages before postal entry.

Start with what the customer needs to receive, where and by when. Compare the packed parcel and destination against the available USPS products. Keep the product named in the label or quote rather than describing every shipment as express delivery.
USPS presents Ground Advantage as an economical ground option, Priority Mail with expected delivery timing, and Priority Mail Express with a qualifying money-back guarantee. Read the current product terms for the actual mailing; expected timing and a purchased guarantee are different commitments.
Compare more than the headline transit estimate
Use one parcel sample and the same destination when checking quotes. Include final dimensions, gross weight, goods restrictions, postage and any agreed preparation work. Review coverage and extra services for the purchased product rather than assuming every option includes the same terms.
| Check | Record or next action |
|---|---|
| Ground Advantage | Review the ground route, expected timing and parcel eligibility. |
| Priority Mail | Review the expected service timing and package-specific quote. |
| Priority Mail Express | Review the qualifying commitment and its conditions. |
| All products | Confirm final measurements, contents, destination and complete charges. |
Separate US postal timing from the China–US movement
A domestic USPS estimate does not cover supplier receiving, packing, international transport or import processing before postal handover. Ask the consolidator where its estimate starts and ends, and which records show movement into the postal network.
For a time-sensitive order, include the stock receiving date and release deadline in the plan. If a batch arrives late, review the available route with the shipment owner before promising that a faster domestic product will recover the whole delay.
Test the selected product on a representative dispatch
Agree a sample covering the actual package sizes and destinations. Compare the label, charged measurements, handover and recorded delivery history. Keep exceptions and additional charges with the comparison so the next quote uses the same assumptions.
Use the result to approve a product for the intended workload. Tell buyers the service that was actually selected and distinguish estimates from confirmed events or eligible guarantees.
